Came here on a Friday night near closing and it wasn't too crowded. We ordered the strawberry and mango bingsu and they were both really good, reasonable, and super packed with so much fruit. The lady who made the bingsu was super friendly and nice. I preferred the mango over strawberry, but both were really good. Parking lot is pretty small and tight so you might have to circle round a couple times.

The strawberry wild smoothie (without strawberry jelly) was delicious, just the right level of sweetness, the flavor and texture a nice balance of tangy and creamy. Ready in less than 5 minutes, with no other guests in sight on a Saturday afternoon. An inviting space with comfortable seating as an option. The employee was friendly, and ordering from the self order kiosk was easy. Parking lot available, shared amongst other businesses.

I love the hand pulled noodles at OX 9 next door but I can't stand the taste of their water. After having a delicious bowl of noodles there, we stopped in at Hot Love Cafe for drinks because I refuse to pay for a soda when I can get boba for a little bit more and it taste hella better. Ha! I got the Mango Thai Coconut Latte. It was amazing. If you love mango and are lactose intolerant like me, this is the drink for you. Just writing this I need to go back and get another one.

Right off the bat, I want to say that the drink I ordered was very good. It perfectly hit all the flavors on my palate. I ordered a mango coconut tea. The environment was nice, although they were in the process of replacing the front door window. Apparently, even Fremont is not immune to crime or the current crime wave. My biggest issue with this place is the price-to-value ratio. I paid almost $7 for what appears to be a small cup of tea. Please refer to the enclosed picture for reference. Typically, at a regular tea house, you can get around 16 oz of drink for about $7. However, this place only provides barely 8 oz, and they even charge an extra 75 cents for no ice. I do not appreciate this nickel and dime scheme. If you're considering visiting this place, just be prepared to pay a high price or settle for a smaller portion than expected.
